LAS VEGAS, NV –February 21, 2014– LEGAL RESOURCES was named a winner of two bronze medals today in the eighth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, an international organization that recognizes outstanding performance in the workplace.  Legal Resources won bronze medals in the categories of “FRONT LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM OF THE YEAR” and “INNOVATION IN SALES.” More than 1,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 36% over 2013.  Finalists were determined by the average scores of 129 business professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges.  Entries were considered in 43 categories for customer service and contact center achievements. Among the accomplishments listed on the award, the Legal Resources team “has gone above and beyond to improve the member experience. We have improved everything we do, including hiring and training requirements for representatives, better systems for measuring member satisfaction, and improving our online user experience.” Legal Resources also, “successfully implemented consistent sales strategies, which have driven improvements in client satisfaction rates and increased member retention and growth.  From July 2012 to July 2013, we increased new member enrollment by 31% versus the year prior, while retaining 89% of our current members.
