American Business Awards Recognize Legal Resources as Customer Service Team of the Year for 2021
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - MAY 7, 2021 - Legal Resources, a group legal provider based in the Mid-Atlantic, commemorates its eighth consecutive year winning a Stevie Award for Customer Service Team of the Year.
The pandemic forced many operational changes upon the benefits industry. Legal Resources’ Member Services Department pivoted immediately, however, to overcome the new challenges of remote work and to quickly and effectively meet the needs its Members. The Member Services Department not only maintained its superior level of service provided over Legal Resources’ 30-year history, but introduced new support programs to better assist the American public as well.
The company’s certified paralegals worked tirelessly to guide Members through legal issues impacted by COVID including frozen rental payments, amendments to visitation agreements, delayed marriages, and end of life arrangements.
Director of Member Services, Jennifer Mariani, expressed gratitude for the hard work of her team and the recognition by the American Business Awards. “In a year like no other in our lifetimes, we are excited and honored to see our unwavering commitment to customer service recognized by this prestigious awards program,” says Mariani.
Mariani also notes that last year’s developments now serve as a platform on which her team intends to grow. “Customer service is at the heart our company’s mission to provide high-quality legal services to our members, enabling them to lead lives free of major legal expenses,” explains Mariani. “Our team works extremely hard every day to elevate the standard of service people receive when they call on us for legal assistance, and winning a Stevie Award is a true testament to that dedication.”
Legal Resources will accept its Bronze Award during a private, virtual ceremony on June 30.
